摘要

近年來全球受到金融風暴的影響，整體經濟環境都處在低迷的狀況，大學畢業生面臨了畢業即是失業的窘境。然而受過實務訓練的科技大學畢業生，似乎在這波不景氣下仍有較高的就業率，尤其是社工系畢業生有出乎戶意料的就業市場需求。本研究目的欲討論屏東科技大學社工系畢業生，畢業後投入職場的意願及轉換工作的頻率，並以追蹤研究方式進行就業狀況的存活分析的探討。

Due to the recent global financial storms, the overall economic conditions remain gloomy. For college students, unemployment awaits upon their graduation. Yet, those who have graduated with practical training experience from colleges seem to be able to secure a job out of this economy depression. For social work graduates, the demand is even higher. This paper tries to study these social work graduates from NPUST to understand their intention to join the job market upon graduation and their mobility rates. Moreover, our panel study on occupational survival data is also discussed.
