Due to the recent global financial storms, the overall economic conditions remain gloomy. For college students, unemployment awaits upon their graduation. Yet, those who have graduated with practical training experience from colleges seem to be able to secure a job out of this economy depression. For social work graduates, the demand is even higher. This paper tries to study these social work graduates from NPUST to understand their intention to join the job market upon graduation and their mobility rates. Moreover, our panel study on occupational survival data is also discussed.
