社區志工參與服務動機之探討：以南臺灣某縣市為例

摘要

本文的主旨在於探討以南臺灣某縣市志工參與社區服務的主要動機。本文採用問卷調查方式，選擇參與該縣市社會局社區評鑑之績優社區，受訪者皆為社區發展協會的志工共有154名。調查結果顯示，影響志工參與志願服務動機的主要因素如下：改善志工對生命的態度、讓生活更豐富、學習待人處事的技巧、有機會參與不同的活動、與不同年齡的人一起工作。本文的結論可供縣市政府社區相關行政單位以及社區組織，社福民間機構在招募及激勵志工的參考。另外，未來相關研究的執行，建議可以擴大調查範圍，使臺灣在地的社區志工皆能表達寶貴之意見。

The purpose of this study was to discuss the motivation of volunteers attaining service at communities on city at southern Taiwan. This study utilized questionnaires to survey these communities that have outstanding records on evaluation activities run by city government, and one hundred and fifty five volunteers were involved in this research. The results of the study indicated that volunteers have been affected by five elements to attain service as follow: improve attitude of life, make prosperities living, learning interpersonal skills, attain different activities, and work with people with different ages. The finding of this study can be used as a reference to community organization as well as administration units. In addition, further study can expand areas of investigation to obtain treasure responds.
