你參加志工了嗎?大學生參與志願服務工作行為意向之探討

Have You Volunteered? A Study of Behavioral Intention of Volunteer Work Among College Students

摘要


本研究旨在探討影響大學生參與志願服務工作行為意向的相關因素及預測力,以計畫行為理論相關因素為基礎,加入參與動機,形成研究架構。本研究係採用量化之問卷調查法為主,主要研究工具為問卷量表,以臺灣南部K醫學大學學生為研究母群體,問卷於2023年1月發放,採分層抽樣方式,回收有效問卷計1,044份。以SPSS統計軟體進行統計分析,探討變項之關聯性與影響力。經對實證結果的討論與研究假設進行驗證,獲得結論為:一、大學生參與志願服務動機在未來報償與個人學習成長面向具有較高之知覺認知程度;二、大學生參與志願服務行為態度、參與動機、主觀規範、知覺行為控制與行為意向等各變項之間具有關聯性;三、大學生參與志願服務行為態度對參與動機與行為意向具有影響性,主觀規範、知覺行為控制與參與動機對行為意向均具有影響性。依研究發現提出具體結論與建議,如發揮同儕與教職員工之影響力,鼓勵與提升同學參與志願服務之動機及意圖;設計符合同學期望之未來報償與個人學習成長的志工活動,引起同學共鳴,增加同學參加志工的意願等。本文結論與建議期能作為學生、學校教育主管機關、輔導協助學生單位及未來學術研究的參考。

The purpose of this study is to explore how the relevant factors and influences affect college students' intention to participate in volunteer work and to form a research model. The study focused on the relevant theories of planned behavior and motivation for participating. The study proceeded to the quantitative questionnaire survey, with students from Medical University K as the main research group. The surveys were given out in January 2023 and were conducted using the stratified sampling method, from which a total of 1,044 valid questionnaires were returned. The SPSS statistical software was adopted to explore the correlations and influence of different variables. After comparing the results with the hypothesis, we acquired the following conclusions: A. The motivation of participating in volunteer work for college students had a higher degree of perception and cognition in terms of future reward and personal learning growth. B. The variables for the college students participating in volunteer work, such as attitudes, motivation, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, and behavioral intentions, were correlated with each other. C. The behavioral attitude of college students who participated in volunteer work had an influence on the motivation of participation and behavioral intention; subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, and the motivation of participation had an impact on behavioral intention. The study puts forward specific conclusions and suggestions based on the research findings, such as giving full play to the influence on peers and the teaching staff, encouraging and enhancing the motivation and intention of students who participated in volunteer work, and designing activities that will meet the expectations of the students' future rewards and personal learning and growth. This research strives in order that students will feel resonance, and that students' will to volunteering will grow. These conclusions and suggestions can be used as a reference for students, education authorities, student counseling and assistance centers, and future academic research.
