The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship among participation motivation, and job satisfaction on behavior intention of volunteers in sports games. A total of 616 valid questionnaires were collected from volunteers of Xiamen Marathon Road Race by method of purposive sampling. After descriptive statistics and PLS statistical analysis, the results show that the more positive the motivation of volunteers participating in the games, the higher their job satisfaction, and the higher their behavior intention of participating in the future. In addition, the higher the job satisfaction of volunteers in voluntary service, the higher their behavioral intention to participate in the future. Finally, based on the results of this study, suggestions for future research and game planning are proposed.
