摘要

圖像小說是一種結合藝術、文學與創意表現的藝術載體，成為當代文學與藝術領域的新類別。本研究欲探究圖像小說的表現形式與意義建構之關係，就三部分依序展開：首先探討圖像敘事與意義建構的關係，並釐清圖像小說於圖像敘事範疇之特質。接續分析圖像小說的表現形式與視覺語彙，以敘述個人經驗的圖像小說為研究文本，探討如何藉由創作媒材的表現形式與視覺語彙進行圖像敘事，以表現情感，進而建構意義。最後討論聚焦於圖像敘事於當代藝術教育的重要意義，包含藝術與生活的實踐、個人意義的建立與新意義的展開。

Graphic novel is a form of integrating art, literature and creative expression. It has become a new genre of art and literature influenced by the contemporary trends. The purpose of this paper is to study the relations between the expressive forms and meaning construction of graphic novels. The research unfolds in three aspects: Firstly, it discusses the relations between graphic narratives and meaning construction, and clarifies the characteristics of graphic novels in the category of graphic narratives. Secondly, it analyzes the visual language and expressive form of graphic novels in order to understand how the artists express feelings and construct meanings. The final discussion focuses on the important meanings of graphic novels in contemporary art education, including the practice of art and life, the construction of personal meaning and the expansion of new meaning.
