本研究之主要目的在瞭解台南縣大型工業廠商職工運動休閒參與者對運動休閒利益之認知、運動休閒滿意度體驗之差異性。本研究採問卷調查法進行研究,並以自編大型工業廠商職工「運動休閒利益量表」、「運動休閒滿意度量表」為研究工具,以台南縣十家大型廠商共120位職工且從事運動休閒參與者為受試對象,回收問卷98份(81.67%),經剔除無效問卷後,實際回收有效問卷92份(76.67%),根據實際調查所得資料,以t考驗、F考驗,檢定各自變項間之差異性,並以薛費法作事後比較,以皮爾遜積差相關,檢定運動休閒利益與運動休閒滿意度之相關性,得下列結論: 一、不同性別、有否婚姻、不同學歷、不同年齡職工運動休閒參與者對運動休閒利益各因素之認知,在均衡生活體驗因素,男性高於女性,已婚者高於未婚者,學歷越高者高於學歷越低者。在提昇生活品質因素,已婚者高於未婚者,學歷越高者高於學歷越低者,在健全生活內涵因素,年齡越高者高於年齡越低者。 二、不同性別、有否婚姻、不同學歷、不同年齡職工運動休閒參與者對滿意度各因素之體驗,在放鬆因素,男性高於女性,已婚者高於未婚者,學歷越高者高於學歷越低者,年齡在31至60歲者高於年齡低於30及高於60歲者。在教育因素,學歷越高者高於學歷越低者。在生理因素,男性高於女性。 三、台南縣大型工業廠商職工運動休閒參與者對運動休閒利益認知與運動休閒滿意度有正面相關。
The purpose of this study was to explore the differences in leisure benefits and leisure satisfaction for large manufacturing companies employees in Tainan country. Leisure benefits and leisure satisfaction rating scales were used to measure large manufacturing companies employees in Tainan area from 10 large manufacturing companies with 120 employees in which 81.67% returned and 76.67% completed. Descriptive statistics were used to test the hypothesis and analyzed the data. The results indicated that: 1. Manufacturing companies employees in perceived leisure benefits: In balance life experience, Married employees scored higher than single employees, high educational level employees scored higher than low educational level employees. In promote life standard, married employees scored higher than single employees, high educational level employees scored higher than low educational level employees. In life wellness, older employees scored higher than younger employees. 2. Manufacturing companies employees in perceived leisure satisfaction: In relaxation experience, married employees scored higher than single employees, male employees scored higher than female employees, high educational level employees scored higher than low educational level employees. In educational factor, high educational level employees scored higher than low educational level employees. In physiological and society factor, male employees scored higher than female employees. 3. There was a positive correlation between perceived benefits and satisfaction for manufacturing companies employees.
