「探索教育」融入體育課程中之初探-以遠東科技大學爲例

The Initial Exploration of Adventure Education Merged into Physical Education Curriculum a Case-study of Far East University

摘要


從1970年代美國的教育者開始將探索教育體驗學習融入學校的教學中。其中課程包含了一系列創新的過程,從暖身(warm-up),建立信任活動(trust-building),問題分析與秘訣探討。學生們透過團體合作的策略,不但可以培養學生的合作精神,並且可以不斷創造參與者學習上的高峰經驗。本研究的主要目的在於探究透過「探索教育」活動能否增進大專院校學生對學習興趣、生活型態、追求自我等有所提升。分2週4小時融於體育課程中進行,讓同學可以透過本活動獲得更多相關資訊,也能成為師生之間,甚至學生之間彼此溝通的管道,並提高學生討論的動機與養成心得分享的習慣。本文研究的對象為本校四技日間部大學一年級學生,採普查方式進行問卷調查,共發出問卷871份,回收的有效問卷共計828份,由研究結果得知,有八成以上的學生對活動進行方式、內容、人際溝通、團隊合作……等,均持有正面的看法。

American educators have started to merge adventure education (AE) into school curriculum since 1970. AE program included a series of innovation process from warm-up, trust-building, problem analysis to strategy discussion. Through team cooperation strategy, students not only can raise cooperation spirit, but also can unceasingly create high-peak experience in learning.The purpose of this study was to explore whether the AE program can promote learning interest, life style and ego-searching among college students. The subjects were all first-year students at Far East University. A total of 871 questionnaires were distributed to students participating AE program, and 828 copies were valid. According to the research result, over 80% students made positive responses toward activity procedure, content, interpersonal communication, team cooperation-etc.
