三創教育人才培訓規劃與實施-以中華科技大學「資源節約方法及其應用」專題製作為例

摘要


本研究探討模擬三創教育人才培訓之流程,就開設具三創之特色課程,引申至教師利用課程學習導入學生專題製作,將三創課程融入專題實作中;並將專題製作結果透過參加校內外競賽或發明展對外發表,使學生學習成就得已彰顯,增加學生學習成就感;專題製作成果另可申請專利,保護師生研發成果,同時輔與教育同學智財權的重要性;最後希望透過技術移轉或商品化,將研發成果做最大化效益。本研究並且利用學生專題製作為案例分析,說明並模擬三創教育及人才培訓之流程。

This paper is mainly study the process and method of implementation for creativity, innovation and enterprenurship education, Teachers run the process with the special courses with creativity, innovation and enterprenurship, extended to teachers to use thematic courses introducing students to make the thematic programs do in real; and to participate in contest, so that student achievement have been demonstrated to enhance students' learning achievement. We also protect the R & D results and apply for the patent. students be instilled the concept of intellectual property rights; and finally hope that through technology shift transfer or commercialization of research results will make maximum benefit.
