與年輕人談老!科大國文「關懷耆老」課程方案之學生學習成效探討

Discussion on the Effectiveness of Students' Learning In the Chinese "Caring For the Elderly" Curriculum of University of Science and Technology

摘要


本研究旨在探討國文「關懷耆老」單元課程方案之學生學習成效。以南部某科技大學四技一年級基礎通識國文課程,某班參與研究計畫的32位學生為研究對象。本課程方案選取社會共同情感及價值,並適合本校學生程度之文學文本為教材,採用「影片融入教學」策略、「反思融入教學」策略及「觀察」策略運用於寫作等,讓學生藉由閱讀與寫作的學習過程,同時培養對耆老的關懷。本研究採取行動研究法,從教學歷程中蒐集行動證據,包括教師的教學記錄、反思,學生的學習表現、回饋問卷等,將其加以分析研究,以檢視教學成效。本研究結果,顯示學生的學習成效有:一、學生能兼顧篇章知識與文學情感的閱讀。二、學生能兼顧書寫手法與內容情感的寫作。三、學生具有關懷耆老的人文涵養。綜合上述之學習成效,「關懷耆老」課程方案能達成教學目標。

This study aims to explore the effectiveness of student learning of the Chinese "Caring for the Elderly" general curriculum, which is based on 32 freshmen of a university of technology. The curriculum selects the common values of the society and suitable literature as the teaching material, using "movie into teaching," "reflective teaching," and "observation strategies" to allow students to learn through reading and writing. The students may develop an attitude of caring for the elderly through these ways. This study adopts action research, which collects action evidence from the teaching process, including teaching records, reflections, students' performance, and feedback to examine the effectiveness of teaching. The purposes of this study include: 1. Students can read text with knowledge and emotions. 2. Students can write with both writing skills and emotions. 3. Students have a concept of caring for the elderly.
