學習不忘娛樂:高等回流教育學生玩興特質量表建構與現況之研究

Learning and Entertainment: A Study of Higher Vocational Recurrent Education Student Playfulness Scale Construction and Present Situation

摘要


研究者參考、修訂余嬪等人所編製的成人玩興量表,以某私立科技大學附設進修學院之學生共15班為研究對象進行施測,以驗證此量表是否具有良好的效度與信度。資料經Amos16.0版統計軟體來執行結構方程模式中的二階驗證式因素分析。結果顯示高等回流教育學生玩興特質量表二階驗證式因素分析模式是一個有效的建構,其整體模式適配指標:χ2=548.63、GFI=.90.、RMSEA=.0079、SRMR=.0057、NNFI=.846、PCFI=.774、PNFI=.739、χ2/df=3.305。而在模式內在品質也達到判別標準,在基本配適度指標之因素負荷量也達到評鑑理想值。綜合以上結果,可知高等回流教育學生玩興特質量表具有良好的效度與信度。而不同背景變項之成人學習者在玩興特質上差異比較分析結果得知,婚姻狀況及職業達顯著差異。本研究發現高等回流教育學生玩興特質重要程度各項之前三名排名為:1.學習時會比較愉快、樂觀,有滿足感;2.能將活動中得到的經驗及靈感帶入學習中;3.能激發潛能、充滿行動力。

The Adult Playfulness Scale, conducted by Yu etc., were referred and amended by the researcher to exam 15 class in a weekend school in one university for good validity and reliability. Data were analyzed its second order confirmatory factor analysis in structure equation models by AMOS 16.0 software. Results revealed its analysis as an effective construction. Its overall model fitness norm is:χ2=548.63、GFI=.90.、 RMSEA=.0079、SRMR=.0057、NNFI=.846、PCFI=.774、PNFI=.739、χ2/df=3.305. Internal quality has reached the standard differentiation; while the factor loading in preliminary fit criteria has meet the ideal evaluation value. In sum, adult playfulness scale possesses good validity and reliability. Adults with dissimilar context variables were known for its significant differences in their marital status and occupations. The top three crucial elements of students' playfulness in higher vocational recurrent education are: (1) To produce joyfulness, optimism, satisfaction while learning; (2) To bring experiences and inspiration obtained from activities into learning; (3) To stimulate their potentials and to take actions.
