樂齡學習資源中心學員休閒運動課程參與動機與滿意度之研究

A Study of the Participation Motivation and Satisfaction of Retired Elderly Sports and Leisure Curriculum

摘要


本研究旨在探討台南縣樂齡資源學習中心學員在休閒運動課程對參與動機與滿意度之情形,並以問卷調查法,於2010年4月8日至5月3日針對台南縣十七所樂齡資源學習中心學員進行調查。取樣方式便利抽樣法,於十七所樂齡教學資源中心發放正式問卷。所得資料將以描述統計、因素分析、t考驗、單因子變異數、皮爾森積差相關進行分析。本研究結果:一、樂齡學習資源中心學員參與休閒運動課程女性已婚且年齡層在70歲以上居多,學歷在大學及高中職之間,月收入在10,000元以下;二、樂齡學習資源中心之學員在參與動機上,以性別、婚姻狀況、學歷皆達顯著差異;而年齡與每月可支配收入則未達顯著差異。三、樂齡學習資源中心之學員在滿意度上,以性別、婚姻狀況、學歷及每月可支配收入之學習互動皆達顯著差異;而年齡與每月可支配收入之興趣獲取及健康適能則未達顯著差異。四、樂齡學習資源中心之學員在參與動機與滿意度素之間呈現顯著性相關性。本研究藉由了解台南縣樂齡學習資源中心學員的參與動機與滿意度感受情形,並延伸出許多學員所關心、著重的學習需求,有助於樂齡學習資源中心掌控學員潛在需求,進而開發可滿足學員之課程、活動與環境設備,並且成功增加樂齡學習資源中心學員參與意願也吸引更多樂齡學員參與休閒課程,期望研究結果能夠提供樂齡學習資源中心開設休閒運動課程參考依據。

The purpose of the study was to understand the viewpoints of the Tainan city retired elderly of the participation motivation and satisfaction of the relationships; and compare different background variables age retired elderly' students learning resource center of the participation motivation and satisfaction of differences. In this study, Tainan City 17 age retired elderly' learning resource center for the study. Using ”questionnaires both participation motivation and satisfaction for Tainan city retired elderly” to gather data and analysis. It used sampling method, to facilitate 4 April to investigate 3 May 2010, and questionnaires were obtained. The results were expressed by descriptive statistics, factor analysis, reliability analysis, t-test analysis, correlation analysis and One-way ANOVA analysis, α=.05. In accordance with the results indicated:1. The retired elderly' students in the Learning Resource Center of the gender was most of female, got marital and the age of most people was above 70; most were between high school and university graduated; monthly income of the majority was below 10,000.2. The retired elderly' students in the Learning Resource Center on participation motivation, gender, marital status and education were significant differences, but on the age and personal monthly income of both were no significant differences.3. The retired elderly' students in the Learning resources center on the satisfaction, gender, marital status, education, and personal monthly income had more recognition in ”interactive learning” were significant differences; but age and personal monthly income had more recognition in ”interested in obtaining”, ”health fitness” were no significant differences.4. The retired elderly' students learning resource center involved in participation motivation and satisfaction had significant positive relation.By understanding this study Tainan city retired elderly' learning resources center trainees age of the participation motivation and satisfaction of the relationships the case, and extends many students are concerned, focus on learning needs, learning resource center to help control the retired elderly' learning resources center trainees age of potential students demand, led to the development to meet the student's curriculum, activities, and environmental equipment, and successfully increased willingness to participate in retired elderly' age groups were also involved in retired elderly to attract more leisure sport courses. The results can be expected to provide retired elderly' learning center management based on age.
