南投縣原住民族部落大學學員文化課程參與動機與學習滿意度關係之研究

A Study on the Relationship between Participation Motivation and Learning Satisfaction of Cultural Curriculum among Tribal College Students in Nantou County

摘要


本研究旨在探討南投縣原住民族部落大學學員文化課程參與動機與學習滿意度關係之關係。本研究之研究目的為(一)瞭解原住民學員對於在文化課程參與動機與學習滿意度之現況。(二)探討不同背景變項的原住民學員對在文化課程參與動機與學習滿意度之差異情形。(三)分析原住民學員對於文化課程的參與動機與學習滿意度之關係。本研究之研究工具為參考國內外相關文獻所改編之結構式問卷,問卷內容包含個人基本資料、參與動機量表及學習滿意度調查量表。研究對象是南投縣原住民族部落大學學員,共267人參與此研究。所得問卷資料以SPSS20.0軟體,進行平均值、標準差、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、Pearson積差相關及多元迴歸分析。資料分析結果歸納之結論如以下五點: 一、南投縣原住民族部落大學學員之文化課程參與動機屬高程度,尤其是「成就需求」層面的參與動機程度最高。 二、南投縣原住民族部落大學學員之學習滿意度屬高滿意度,尤其是「學習成果」層面的學習滿意度最高。 三、南投縣原住民族部落大學學員之文化課程參與動機會因教育程度、職業、婚姻狀況、文化課程之不同而有顯著之差異存在。 四、南投縣原住民族部落大學學員之學習滿意度會因性別、年齡、教育程度、職業、平均月收入、文化課程之不同而有顯著之差異存在。 五、南投縣原住民族部落大學學員之文化課程參與動機程度越高,其學習滿意度越好,其中在「成就需求」與「學習成果」之間的相關性最高。 六、「文化需求」和「成就需求」構面為自變項對學習滿意度的依變項有顯著的預測力,其中「成就需求」的影響最大。

This research aims at evaluating the relationship between participation motivation and learning satisfaction of cultural curriculum among tribal college students in Nantou County. The main purposes of this research are as follows:1.understanding the current situation of the students’ participation motivation and learning satisfaction of cultural curriculum of Nantou tribal college’;2.analyzing the difference of demographic data on the participation motivation and learning satisfaction of cultural curriculum among tribal college students in Nantou County; 3.analyzing the participation motivation and learning satisfaction of cultural curriculum among tribal college students. Based on the review of research literatures,a structural questionnaire contains personal demographic information, participation motivation questionnaire and learning satisfaction scales served as the research tool in this study. This research subjects were 267 people who were the students from tribal college students in Nantou County. The collected data were processed by SPSS 20.0 software package with descriptive statistics (mean and standard deviation), t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation, and multiple regression analysis. The results revealed are as follows: 1.High degree of satisfaction about the participation motivation of cultural curriculum, especially in the dimension of the Need for Achievement. 2.High degree of satisfaction of learning satisfaction from the participants, especially in the dimension of Learning Outcomes. 3.The factors that influence the participation motivation of cultural curriculum are education level, occupations, marital status and different contents of cultural studies 4.The factors that influence the learning satisfaction of participants are gender, ages, education level, occupations, average monthly wages and different contents of cultural studies. 5.The students from tribal college in Nantou County show better attitude toward their satisfactory of the participation motivation of cultural curriculum, also perform better learning satisfaction. 6.The learning satisfaction is positively predictability by participation motivation of cultural curriculum of cultural needs and achievement needs. Among,"achievement needs" most impact.
