目的地吸引力與遊客困擾對於滿意度之影響

Effects of Destination Attractiveness and Visitor Hassles on the Satisfaction

摘要


本文旨在實際驗證目的地吸引力、遊客困擾與滿意度之關係模式,並且比較目的地吸引力與遊客困擾對於遊客滿意度影響效果之巨微。本文係以基隆八斗子觀光漁港遊客做為研究對象,並且運用便利抽樣進行問卷調查,共計收回有效問卷417份。實證結果顯示,目的地吸引力正向顯著影響滿意度;遊客困擾負向顯著影響滿意度。依據前述之調查結果,本文提出實務管理意涵與未來研究方向之建議。

The purpose of this study is to empirically examine the relationship model of destination attractiveness, visitor hassles, and satisfaction. Furthermore, the effects of destination attractiveness and visitor hassles on the satisfaction are also compared. Visitors at Badouzi Fishing Port were invited to act as our subjects. Convenience sampling was used to collect data. A total of 417 valid questionnaires were collected. The results of this study indicate that (1) destination attractiveness has a positive and significant effect on the satisfaction; (2) visitor hassles has a negative and significant effect on the satisfaction. Based on the aforementioned results, some practical implications and directions for future researches are discussed in this study.
