冒險遊憩活動中人格特質、沉浸體驗與滿意度間關係之研究─溯溪活動服務之例

A Study on the Relationship between Tourist's Characteristics, Flow Experience and Tourist Satisfaction in Adventure Recreation-the Example of River Tracing Service

摘要


冒險遊憩活動是一種不同於日常生活的遊憩體驗,此類活動具有較高的困難度,已有旅遊業者提供協助一般遊客參與冒險遊憩活動之服務。本研究以提供溯溪活動服務的旅遊業為例,來探討遊客在參與冒險遊憩活動時遊客的技巧、挑戰感與內外控人格特質等遊客特性對於冒險遊憩活動中所形成的沉浸體驗與遊客滿意度的影響。研究結果發現,遊客本身所擁有的技巧與挑戰性知覺會正向影響其溯溪活動的沉浸體驗。而遊客的內控人格特質會正向影響沉浸體驗和遊客滿意度;外控人格特質會負向影響沉浸體驗。最後,遊客於溯溪活動所帶來的沉浸體驗與其滿意度間具正向關係。本研究並提出對於業者提升遊客沉浸體驗與滿意度的相關管理建議。

River tracing is one kind of adventure activity; it is classified as very different than other daily life activities. This research explores the relationships among tourist characteristics, flow experience, and tourist satisfaction in river tracing. We use the structural equation model to examine the relationships in the proposed theoretical model. Based on the empirical results of this study, the flow antecedents such as skills and challenges have a positive effect on flow experience. In addition, the internal locus of control of tourists positively influences flow experience and tourist satisfaction. On the other hands, the external locus of control of tourists negatively influences flow experience. Finally, the flow experience of tourists positively related to tourist satisfaction. Several managerial suggestions for enhancing tourist flow experience and satisfaction are proposed.
