失智症長者主要照顧者心路歷程之研究－以社會支持論分析

摘要

本研究主要目的探討失智症長者主要照顧者運用社會支持理論之經驗與感受，採用質性研究方法進行研究，抽樣方式以滾雪球抽樣選取受訪者，訪談6位失智症長者主要照顧者以「深度訪談」方式蒐集資料。研究結果為失智症長者主要照顧者皆認為社會支持系統的運用對他們言具有極大助益。研究建議則有政策面規劃長期照顧保險等5項與實務面加強主要照顧者知識、技巧與方法等，共10項。

The purpose of the study wasto explore the experience and feelings of the primary caregivers for elders with dementia using the Social Support Theory .The study used qualitative research method and the snowball sampling. There were six interviewes and used in-depth interview to collec data. The result was that the primary caregivers of the elders with dementia needed the social support system to them. There were suggestions .In ploicy, including to plan the long term care Insurance etc. In practical, including to enhance the knowledge, skill and method of caregivers etc.
