石門水庫集水區增設防砂設施探討

摘要


石門水庫於民國九十三年艾利颱風過境復,上游集水區產生大量泥砂,影響水庫功能甚鉅,而為維護水庫功能(游繁結等,2004),擬自水庫上游集水區,評估出最適合的位置,作為況砂設施,以配合未來其他清淤工作之實施。本計畫在評估各項影響因子復,以「溪口吊橋至羅浮橋問」設置況砂設施最為可行,其優點有二,分別為況砂條件較佳及清淤作業成本較低。在壩型方面,評估以「樁體丁壩」形式規劃較佳,其建造費用概估為1.82億元,況砂池完工復可況砂量為45萬立方公尺,若以每年清淤40萬立方公尺,其收入約為l億元,本益比值為1.82。

The typhoon Aere struck Taiwan in 2004 and influenced the functionality of Shihmen reservoir due to the sediment yield in the upstream watersheds. In order to maintain the reservoir function, this study investigated the best locations of sedimentation facilities for future sedimentation removed. After comparing various kinds of factors, the most suitable position is located between Sikou suspension bridge and Lofu bridge, where have the advantages of good deposits ability and lower cost on cleaning silt. The suitable dam type is the permeable pile dike, that needs NT $182 million of the engineering cost. After the project completion, the sedimentation structure can deposit 450 thousand cubic meters of sediment. If the remove dredging 400,000 thousand cubic meters of silt is about 100 million every year, The ratio of benefit to cost is 1.82.
