台灣地區野溪泥沙清疏規劃設計原則之研究

摘要


台灣地區於2008年莫拉克風災後,開始於上游野溪進行大規模土石清疏,以預防後續泥沙災害,但清疏量體、清疏位置及深度,需要有一個合理的計算方法及設計流程,以提供現場工程師施工之依據。本研究採用前人提出之清疏量體估算方法,計算發生50年一遇之降雨條件下,可能淤積之土石方量體,隨後透過ArcGIS軟件,進行高程套迭之後,得出淤積後之地理高程,再快速計算出挖重填土方斷面圖,並以台灣地區宜蘭縣碼崙溪為例,說明實際清疏之規劃設計流程。

After the Morakot storm occurred in 2008, the government of Taiwan began the massive sediment dredging in the upstream river, so as to prevent the sediment disaster. However, the volume, location and depth of sediment dredging should be estimated reasonably, so as to provide the dredging basis of engineers. Firstly, this study adopted the estimation method of sediment dredging proposed by previous study to calculate the possible sediment deposit volume under the rainfall depth of 50 years return period. Secondly, the ground elevation after deposition was achieved by elevation overlaying in ArcGIS software platform. Finally, the cross sections of cut & fill depth were designed. This study also used the Ma-Lun creek, Yilan county, Taiwan as the example, to illustrate the plan and design procedure of sediment dredging.
