集水區防砂整備及處理計畫建置之研究

摘要

目前台灣地區山坡地的集水區整體治理規劃中之各類土砂量 體，如土砂生產量、遞移量及儲砂量等，雖有數種方式予以推估，但在各量體間之系統性及關聯性方面，尚待整合。本研究嘗試建立集水區防砂整備計畫及防砂處理計畫，並將各部流程予以標準化及自動化，提供集水區整體治理規劃或緊急土砂災害之評估。本研究並以一集水區為案 例進行分析。

Currently in Taiwan, It contains a lot of sediment types for intergrated watershed investigation and management, such as sediment yield, sediment delivery and sediment storage. For these sediment types, although there are several ways to estimate, but the systemic and relevance still need to be integrated. This study attempts to establish the preparation and processing plan of sediment control, and standardize and automate processes. Therefore, this study can provide the assessment for intergrated watershed investigation and management or emergency sediment hazards. Finally, the study completed a case study for a watershed.
