嘉義縣油車寮崩塌災害現場調查與分析

摘要


2009 年8 月8 日莫拉克颱風為中南部帶來超大雨量,造成台灣中南部多處嚴重災害。嘉義縣油車寮崩塌地於2009 年8 月8 日23 時發生崩塌,其崩塌面積約10.8 公頃。169 線7K 道路上邊坡滑動,坡面滑移約30~45 公尺,受邊坡滑動影響造成道路變形約1,500 公尺,造成169線7K 處油車寮7 棟民宅倒塌。為求徹底瞭解崩塌發生原因以謀求解決對策,進而能保護臨近及下游地區保全對象之安全,本研究將藉由崩塌地之現地調查、地形圖製作、地質鑽探、地球物理探測、及相關監測之資料統計分析,了解崩塌原因及現況,並研擬治理對策,以有效抑制、抑止或降低災害之再發生或規模擴大,以期達到有效整治之目標。

Typhoon Morakot stroked Taiwan on Aug. 8th, 2009. It brought heavy rainfall and caused several disasters in central and southern Taiwan. The landslide of Yocheliao, Chiayi County occurred on 11:00 PM, Aug. 8th, 2009. The area of the landslide was about 10.8 ha. In this landslide disaster, the upper slope slide was found near millage 7K of County Road 169. The slope of landslide moved about 30~45 m. It caused the road distorts at a length of about 1,500 m and toppled down 7 houses. This study aimed to investigate the causes of landslide and seek the possible countermeasures. It is tried to improve the safety of landslide surrounding areas and the protected targets located at the downstream areas. The investigation the causes of landslide included field investigation, topographic map production, geological drilling, geophysical exploration, and statistical analysis of the field monitoring data. These results were used develop the possible countermeasures. The goal of the present study is to restrain the re-occurrence of the landslide or the enhancement of disaster scale. It is expected to achieve a goal of effective regulation engineering.
