模糊決策模式在產品綠色設計指標評選之應用

Application of Fuzzy Decision Model to Product Green Design Index Evaluation

摘要


隨著日漸嚴苛的環境法規,產品綠色設計的議題變得愈來愈重要,使得綠色主義已然成為現代企業發展與消費趨勢的最高準則,更是未來的主流,甚至一些已開發的國家在法規上,制定產品設計生產的環保標準。產品綠色設計是一種新的設計理念,是設計方法和設計工具的有效集成。因此,本研究首先透過文獻回顧建構出產品綠色設計指標評估層級,並利用模糊綜合評價法作整體性之評估,以篩選出產品綠色設計的重要考量因素,進而協助決策者分析產品綠色設計指標之優劣,提供決策者進行綠色設計方案評選的參考依據。

With the anticipation of strict environmental directives, green design has become a critical and inevitable issue for manufacturers. Principles of product green design are not only the hot topic but also become highest standards for business. Even more is the main stream of development sustainable products. Some of development country already set up standards of products design and produce. Green design is a new type of design, and it is the effective integration of design methods and tools. In order to estimate the influences caused by a green design project, the Fuzzy decision model is proposed to help determine the best alternative. The proposed model could calculate the effect in aspects of quality, environment and cost. It is expected that this model can not only fully evaluate the effect of a green design project, but also help determine the best strategy for green product design. A case is also proposed to reveal the applicability of this model.
