An Evaluation Model of Innovation Performance Based on Fuzzy Interval Linguistic Variables

Facing new economical era in 21st century, the organizations should build the innovation development system to create the difference products or the service model to promote organization's competitive advantage. However, a good innovation system must measure the innovation performance effectively according to an evaluation model. In general, many influence factors and the subjective judgments of managers should be considered in the evaluation process of the innovation performance. Under this situation, the evaluation process of the innovation performance is uncertainty and fuzziness. For the purpose, this paper defined the measurement factors and indices of the organization innovation performance by using the factor analysis. And then, a 2-tuple fuzzy interval linguistic evaluation model is proposed to measure the innovation performance of the organization. Finally, the case analysis is implemented to verify the practicability of the proposed model in this paper.
