整合限量性結構法與關聯性機構設計法於珠寶飾品收納盒產品設計

摘要


工業設計師在設計階段,重於形的發展,造成產品開發週期延宕及成本過高,而錯失進入市場最佳時效,影響產業利基。因此,如何運用系統性的設計手法,以發展出真正符合消費者需求的產品,是決定產品開發是否成功的關鍵因素。為此,本研究根據造形設計理念,發展一套系統化設計策略,並以珠寶飾品收納盒設計為例。首先透過文獻蒐集探究飾品種類及收藏方式等因素,針對目前市面現有產品,分析其優缺點,藉此了解收納盒對飾品的重要性。再者,透過目標樹法擬定改善問題點,設定飾品收納盒外型及元素,並使用限量性結構法(FSM)、關聯性機構設計法(STM)進行創作發想,最後再以Pugh法篩選評估構想方案。研究顯示,此系統化設計策略可提供一套明確化的設計程序和方向,並且作為設計者在設計時的參考依據。

The product design stage is the best time to control the above mentioned parameters, how to apply a systematic design method to develop a product that more closely fits the demanded characteristics for most consumers is a key factor for developing a successful product. To achieve this objective, a systematic design strategy is addressed in this article. Firstly, this research collects and probes into the kind of ornaments and collection of the influence factor by reference. Then, according to existing products in the market, we analyze its advantages and disadvantages. Furthermore, we use the objectives tree method to improve the questions in the way of design, establish the shape and the element of storage box, and uses FSM, STM carries on creating. Finally, the Pugh's concept selection method was used to select the best design alternative. The result shows that these models may provide set of clarifications design procedure and direction, and regard as the designer reference in designing.
