摘要


本研究以分析探討(1)利用LED鎂合金可大幅增加散熱效率,有效解決高功率LED之嚴重廢熱問題,來維持LED之光轉換功率及其壽命(2)以鎂合金作為散熱殼體來輕量化物件本體,以增加密閉式結構之LED照明系統之散熱效率並滿足戶外及室內燈具市場對LED照明系統之強烈減重需求(3)使用模流分析軟體MOLDEX3D(9.1)分析充填飽壓結果,此技術在試模前可提供成型的參數修正,避免開模後修模的機會,導入翹曲變形的結果,提供結合公差與配合上的優點來分析鎂合金殼體可使鎂合金成型製程順利。

This research is analyzed heat transfer shell of LED by Moldex 3D software and to decrease the weight of LED shell using plastic material. Using Mg alloy can enhance heat transfer and solve the exhaust heat form LED and maintain the life of LED. The other purpose is to decrease the weight of LED shell and satisfy the costumer request. Therefore, we use Moldex3D to analyze and get the result of wrapage to meet the fine tolerance to improve fitness of LED.
