The purpose of this study was to explore the impact of teaching changes and information literacy abilities on the use of E-learning platform by university teachers in Taiwan before and after COVID-19 epidemic. COVID-19 has affected education systems around the world, and people have been forced to change their lifestyles and education patterns. The education model of digital learning and online learning has caused students to suspend classes without stopping. In the post-epidemic era, blended learning will become the normal, and teachers need to have excellent information literacy to teach the digital native Generation Z. This study adopts a mixed method research, using document content analysis and semi-structured interview methods, and analyzes digital learning and information literacy through literature. The researcher conducted in-depth interviews with 2 teachers intentionally sampled to understand the teaching response and transformation of teachers using E-learning platform in general education courses. Driven by the epidemic, teachers have diversified teaching modes and can use digital teaching software and equipment. Through the production of different media and teaching materials, students can share and interact with each other through the digital learning platform in the course. The results of this study found that in the one-way transfer, reading textbooks have grown the most, in the two-way discussions, the number of papers published by teachers has grown the most, with the largest growth in the humanities and arts, and the least in cross-field creativity. Teachers' teaching has changed significantly and their information literacy abilities have improved. The results of this study can provide a reference for the research on university digital learning platforms and information literacy capabilities.
