結合品質機能展開與層級分析法應用於大一國文教科書編撰策略之研究

A Study of Editing Chinese Literature Textbook via Integrating QFD and AHP

摘要


本研究結合品質機能展開(Quality Function Deployment,簡稱QFD)和層級分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process,簡稱AHP),並使用Kano二維品質模式(Kano Two Dimensional Quality Model),深入了解企業人士對勝任職場工作應具備的「中文能力及人文素養」的看法,以作為教師編撰大一國文教科書重要策略的參考,期能培育出符合企業所需的人才,且提升學生職場的競爭力。研究結果顯示:共有7項能力需求要素可作為大一國文教科書編撰的主要策略,並據以開展出與此7項主要策略相關的15項教科書編撰內容和技術,依其重要性權重加以排序。排序愈前者,教師在編撰教科書時,應愈加費心。

In the past, most of the editing of Chinese literature textbooks were made based on the teaching objects recognized by the teacher himself. It did not include the Chinese capability and humanities accomplishment from businessperson's, viewpoint. In this study, Quality Function Deployment (QFD), Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Kano's two dimensional quality model were employed to develop a method for editing of Chinese literature textbooks in order to enhance and enrich student's Chinese capability and humanities accomplishment from businessperson's angle. The results show that seven main requirements can be used for reference when editing the textbooks and fifteen contents and technologies extended from these seven requirements were developed and ranked. It is suggested that the higher the rank of the requirement is, the more attention should be paid to it in compilation of a textbook.
