職探中心成效之分析-以高雄市前鎮國中職探中心為例

Analysis of the effectiveness of the vocational exploration center: A Case Study on Kaohsiung Municipal Cianjhen Junior High School

摘要


本研究以高雄市前鎮國中的職業試探中心為例,探討體驗課程對職探中心成效之分析,藉由體驗課程引起對海洋議題感興趣,進而鼓勵學生投入相關職涯,並規劃相關的體驗課程(如手作DIY),並結合商管相關產業資源、社區的漁業及海事相關人力師資,以及虛擬實境體驗及水產類造網體驗區等設備。最後藉由AIDMA模式來設計規劃課程並透過學生的回饋了解職探中心的成效。研究結果發現:體驗課程對於學習滿意度有明顯助益(整體滿意度達4.5以上),不僅提升對於技職教育及海洋相關產業的興趣,也充分發揮職探中心的成效。因此本研究建議將更多的體驗教學融入課程,同時可以結合AI科技,並擴大親職教育。

This study takes the vocational exploration center located in Qianzhong Town, Kaohsiung City as an example to analyze the effectiveness of the exploration course. Encourage students to engage in relevant careers by combining virtual reality, community fisheries, and maritime-related human resources, as well as virtual reality experience and aquatic product area and other equipment in the course. Eventually, applying the AIDMA model to design the planning course and learn the effectiveness of the job search center through student feedback. According to the research result, experience courses indicate a significant benefit to learning satisfaction (Overall satisfaction is above 4.5). Heighten student's curiosity in vocational education and marine-related industries, and exert the effectiveness of the job search center. Consequently, this study suggests integrating more experience teaching in curriculums by combining AI technology and expanding parenting education.
