摘要

本研究主要針對臺灣各大專院校申請美國、大陸及臺灣之專利活動，進行分析臺灣學術單位之跨國專利活動，主要彙整各大專院校近三年內申請之臺灣專利，及申請美國與大陸歷年來專利，並結合各校教師人數、國科會補助件數、金額及國際期刊篇數，以便對各大專院校的專利產出進行加值分析，本研究除了透過各種專利相關的資料屬性與特色來進行臺灣各大專院校專利活動的敍述統計分析外，更設計與建置專屬於臺灣大專院校的專利檢索及分析系統，用以輔助社會大眾或學者專家檢索、分析與瞭解各大專院校的專利創新研發能量之現況。

In this study, we proceed with patent activity analysis related to Taiwan academic units. The recent three years' patent data in Taiwan was collected. All historical patent data in USA and China were also collected. The faculty numbers, National Science Council sponsored projects and academic journal papers were collected in order to proceed with add-valued analysis for academic units' patent activity. We not only use descriptive statistics to analyze patent activity but also design one patent search system. The purposes were to help scholars and the public to search, analyze and understand the patent innovation activities involved by Taiwan academic units.
