利用多重多準則決策模式評估校園永續及能源資訊效率

Evaluating Information Efficiency of Sustainable Campus and Energy Efficiency by Multiple MCDM Methods

摘要


隨著地球暖化與環境污染,永續環境及綠能議題成為重要趨勢,而肩負高等教育與社區參與之重要角色,大學校園的永續性與綠能實務,也受到越來越多的重視。本研究擬建立一校園永續及綠能實務之資訊效率評估方法,藉由觀察各項校園永續性之評估因素,包括空間與設施管理、能源及回收政策、交通運輸、課程教育等,並考慮不同構面,設計多準則決策與資料包絡分析模式,以評估大學校園之永續及綠能之資訊效率。本論文以台灣及世界知名大學為研究樣本,利用資料包絡分析等方法,作為綠色校園資訊完備實務之個案研討。

As global warming and environment pollutions has been more severe than ever, sustainable environment and green energy have become more critical to the world's community, where higher education play an important role. This study proposes an evaluation framework for the information efficiency of the university previously evaluated by UI Green Metric World University Ranking. By using scoring method, analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and data envelopment analysis (DEA), this study assesses the efficiency on green campus information sharing. The results provide implications to the universities for possible direction of information diffusion and education on sustainable environment strategies.
