澎湖南方四島國家公園文史資源保存之探討

摘要

澎湖南方四島國家公園是台灣現今唯一以海洋島嶼為主的國家公園，其含概面積包含東吉嶼、西吉嶼、東嶼坪、西嶼坪四島的陸域部份及周圍的海域範圍。在南方四島國家公園管轄範圍內的海、陸域部份，皆擁有豐富的自然生態和與環境共構的島嶼人文資源，如聚落、建築、構造物、文化景觀等，以及人文歷史、工藝美術、習俗祭儀等，具體表現出在地生活空間文化。緣此，本研究目的在於透過文獻與田野調查的蒐集、測繪、訪談、彙整等，提據澎湖南方四島1、人文歷史資料；2、聚落發展現況資料（含具保存價值之房舍構造物）；3、現況遺蹟和地表考古資料；4、文化資源與內涵綜合評析等，以文化資產為定位與呈現。

Including Dongji (東吉嶼), Xigii (西吉嶼), Dongyuping (東嶼坪) and Xiyuping (西嶼坪) in Wang'an Township of Penghu County (the following abbreviated to ＂Four islands of southern Penghu＂), there are not only the ecological landscape but also cultural resource of settlements, buildings, constructions, cultural landscape, historical humanity, local art-craft and folk rituals which be combined with environment in these islands. All of these are significantly represented in spatial culture of local life. Therefore, this paper is going to represent our fieldwork, surveying and drawing in ＂Four islands of southern Penghu＂ and to organize these data into initial topics of ＂Four islands of southern Penghu＂ as below: 1. the reference of local history, 2. the development of settlement, 3. the data of historical site and surface archaeology, 4. cultural resource and comprehensive analysis of connotation and so on. It will be consult for cultural property of ＂Four islands of southern Penghu＂ as the basic reference of build up the prototype of marine national park.
