本研究旨在探討探討觀光工廠文化再生之研究,本研究方法採問卷調查法,以宜蘭餅發明館的遊客為施測對象,採立意抽樣方式,共發出問卷500份,經由篩選及剔除無效問卷後,共獲得有效問卷為212份。研究工具為自編「以修正式IPA探討觀光工廠文化再生之研究-以宜蘭餅發明館為例」之問卷,具有良好的信度與效度。統計方法採修正式IPA,研究發現地方傳統文化的傳承影響深遠且有利地方觀光產業發展,宜蘭餅發明館宜結合傳統文化與地方特色產業與遊客發展良好的互動關係。研究結果顯示觀光工廠文化再生因素適合分析文化觀光等相關活動,建議提供業者參考。
This study aims to explore cultural regeneration of tourism factory in Yi-Lan cake factory. This study adopts documentary analysis and questionnaire survey as research methods and takes the customers visiting in Yi-Lan cake factory as objectives. It utilizes convenience sampling, issuing 500 questionnaires. After filtering and deleting invalid ones, there are 212 valid questionnaires. The research tool is self-made "Questionnaire of Cultural Regeneration of Tourism Factory -Taking Yi-Lan Cake Factory as Example" which includes four factors: "Local and multicultural considerations", "Local people's participation and authorization", "Emphasis on daily life practice" and "Creative and experiential techniques" and having fine reliability and validity. The statistical methods include frequency distribution and percentage, mean and standard deviation, Pearson’s product-moment correlation, partial correlation analysis, modified IPA analysis, etc. The study concludes that the inheritance of local traditional culture has strong impact on the development of local tourism industry. The Yi-Lan cake factory may develop good relationship among traditional industries, culture and local characteristics industries and tourists. Research results demonstrate that cultural regeneration has become an important factor in fostering a tourism factory for cake culture. Finally, according to the research results, this study proposes some suggestions for the reference of related tourism factories.
