大型運動賽事是全球最受歡迎的活動之一,所需的人力資源大幅擴張,其中運動志工的角色愈趨重要,故對運動志工的相關探究也受到重視。目的:本研究旨在驗證運動志工參與動機及組織氣氛對行為意圖關係模式,並釐清組織氣氛之中介效果。方法:採用問卷調查法,以2017臺北世大運運動志工為研究對象,共獲得有效問卷407份,並以結構方程模式進行分析。結果:研究結果顯示(1)參與動機對於行為意圖有顯著正向影響。(2)組織氣氛對於行為意圖有顯著正向影響。(3)組織氣氛在參與動機及行為意圖間呈現中介效果。結論:根據實證研究結果可提供後續研究者與運動組織做為管理決策時的參考。
Mega-sporting event is one of the most popular activities in the world. Not only the human resources are expanded largely, but also the role of sports volunteers has become increasingly important. Therefore, relevant research on sports volunteers is also valuable. Purpose: This study was to investigate the relationships among sport volunteers participating motivation, organizational climate and behavioral intentions as well as clarify the mediating effect of organizational climate in the relationship. Methods: The method was questionnaire which was used to collect those data. The participants were 407 sport volunteers for the 2017 Summer Universiade in Taipei. Structural equation modeling was used to estimate a model, linking participating motivation, organizational climate and behavioral intentions. Results: Those results were as follows: (1)The participation motivation had a positive impact on the behavioral intentions. (2)The organizational climate had a positive impact on the behavioral intentions. (3) Organizational climate was partly mediated between participation motivation and behavioral intentions. Conclusion: In conclusion, this study can put forward suggestions for the future researchers and sports organizers for related management decision-making.
