Purpose: To discuss the effect of human body on the physiology, psychology and health-related physical fitness for the walking movement involvement. Methods: The subject collected the relate (literature material), through reorganization, induction, analysis, and explanation these gathered information, we made a result. Results: Walking movement make positive and benefit result to reduce body fat and weight, improve the body mass index, increase VO2 max and to promote health-related physical fitness. But, it has limited benefit to improve the lipid profile. Conclusion: “Walking” is a movement to achieve the purpose by human's most basic migration ability. It is also a simple exercise the can be done anything, anywhere, and no matter it is cloudy or clear. It is very suitable for the modern people who are busy and deficient of sports.
