幼稚園多元文化課程實施之個案研究-以原住民主題為例

To Explore the Multicultural Curriculum Implementation of Kindergarten from Curriculum Evaluation-Based on Indigenous Thematic

摘要


本研究旨在探究幼稚園實施多元文化課程的個案,運用觀察、訪談與文件分析法蒐集研究資料,並與文獻比對,提出研究結果:一、幼稚園多元文化課程以消除原住民文化誤解的特色;二、幼稚園多元文化課程的核心目標在於尊重;三、幼稚園多元文化課程為整合家庭與社區的文化資源;四、幼稚園多元文化課程的實施提升課程參與者增能與互惠的效益。最後,本研究根據研究發現與研究者反思,提出對師資培育機構、幼教人員與未來研究的建議。

The purpose of the research was to to explore multicultural curriculum for preschool children. The research data was collected through observations, interviews, and document analysis, and according the results:1. The multicultural curriculum eliminated the cultural misundersrtanding for Indigenous.2. The coral objection of multicultural curriculums was respect.3. The multicultural curriculums have made full use of the function of integrating cultural resources.4. The multicultural curriculums have empowered and benefited the participants during the implementation process.Finally, the researcher proposed suggestions to improve multicultural curriculum design of kindergartens according to the research data.
