地籍圖數化自動掃描之研究
A Study on the Method of Auto Scaning for Numerical Survey from the Existing Cadastral Maps
摘要
本文研究主要目的，在解決未來地籍圖數化作業之瓶頸。近年來由於國內各級政府機關對土地資訊之需求日益迫切，加上建立地理資訊系統(GIS)之觀念自國外引進已有兩三年，各單位均已競相發展，而不可否認的是地籍圖將成爲最重要之資料之一，又因其數量龐大，所涉及問題又較複雜，故加速推動地籍圖數值化作業乃刻不容緩的事情。本文主要在介紹地籍圖數化自動掃描之內容，作業流程，系統功能，自動掃描所需軟硬體設備以及在作業上尚須克服之困難，提出構想興建議，供與會人員參考並請賜於指教。

The main purpose of this study will break the impasse of digitizing of cadastral map. Recently many goverment agency need land information is very ergent, and the GIS concepts also came into our country for a long time, so serval agency just begin to develop now. No one can deny the cadastral map is one of the most important graphic data. Because its large data volume and property maintance problem, so the digitizing of cadastral map must be doing quickly. this paper will introduce the special problem in cadastral map, system function, data processing flow, hardawre and softawre, and some other difficult problem which has no answer yet.
