地震誘發之地層錯動函數模式建立研究-以台中市為例

摘要


1999年9月21日的集集大地震引發車籠埔活動斷層的破裂,使得中部地區的地層沿著斷層帶兩側產生錯動,根據重測資料的實證分析顯示,斷層帶西側的點位大致呈東南方向位移,平均位移量約0.4至1.6公尺,與斷層帶之距離呈遞減的關係,而東側位移之趨勢較為複雜,大致呈西北方向,台中市大坑地區平均位移量約7.5公尺。本研究以最小自乘法平差來建立座標變位函數,計算地震錯動位移量進行座標資料修正,並將其與地震後的實測成果加以比對與分析,結果顯示斷層帶西側的資料以模式擬合的成果最大殘差在4公分以內,變位修正之精度能夠符合市地界址測量之精度規範(最大誤差6公分),現階段的成果得以驗證本研究提出模式之可行性,吾人將得以採用此模式作為災後中部地區地籍資料修正之參考依據。

The 21 September 1999 (local time) Chi-Chi, Taiwan, earthquake (ML 7.3) made a lot of displacements at cadastral survey points along the Chelungpu fault. To detect the resurveying result shown that the co-seismic displacement at left-side points of fault are 1 meter for south-east direction and decrease gradually away from the fault. However, the more complicated situation is the displacement at right-side which is about north-west 7.5 meters at Takung in Taichung.Least-Squares estimation is used to establish linear functions for transformation parameters to correct displacement. The coordinate of these cadastral survey points obtained before and after earthquake were compared and analyzed. It was shown that the maximum error determined from this model was less than 4 cm at left-side and was consistent with the precision of cadastral survey for the 6 cm maximum error acceptable. This approach could be used to estimate the parameter of 3D map transformation model for the disaster area in central Taiwan.
