The currently used cadastral maps are mostly surveyed and drawn on the time of Japan's ruling and the early years of Taiwan restoration. Those cadastral maps were gradually damaged and were hardly precise owing to the stretch and shrinkage of aging of paper and frequently uses. Also, the originally set up control points ruined and lost year after year in Taiwan area. Therefore, the obtained results from the conventional coordinate transformation method are short for the precision of land revision. If we get the local and reasonable coordinates, then the land revision will be done conveniently and accurately. This research is to an approach that is to use added constraints and practical parameters matching with coordinate transformation, and to use different groups of iteration to calculate the results. It has been tested in three study areas. After the comparison of results, it has proved the promotion of precision by adding geometric condition of boundary points. The analysis method proposed in this study can be used for the reference of the land revision practical works in the future.
