癌症醫療品質管理考核資訊系統之評估模式

An Evaluation Model for Cancer Quality Information Management Systems

摘要


本研究以DeLone and McLean資訊系統成功模式為基礎,並納入「使用者特質」及「參與程度」,建構一套醫院評鑑管理系統的評估模式。本研究針對參與國民健康局2010年「癌症診療品質認證試評計畫」且有實際使用癌症醫療品質管理考核資訊系統之61位醫院人員,進行問卷調查,並以描述性分析及推論性統計等方法來驗證研究架構的關係模式。本研究發現:(1)系統品質可再加強;(2)使用者的電腦能力會影響系統使用意圖及使用者滿意度;(3)使用者參與系統的程度會影響資訊品質、服務品質、使用者滿意度及淨效益;(4)透過研究所蒐集之問卷回覆資料,驗證了D&M資訊系統成功模式。故建議衛生主管機關應深入了解使用者需求,並據此修正系統,且增加相關教育課程,俾使管考系統的使用更臻完善,進而提升使用者滿意度及系統效益。

Based on DeLone and McLean (D&M) Information System Success Model, we add demographic data and the degree of involvement of users to construct the evaluation model of Cancer Quality Information Management Systems (CQIMS) that was designed by the Medical Accreditation Organization in Taiwan. We used a questionnaire to collect data from 61 staff members in eight hospitals which participated the Medical Accreditation Program of Cancer Care Quality of Bureau of Health Promoted in 2010. Data were analyzed by the method of descriptive and inferential statistics, including t-test, one-way ANOVA and Multiple regression analysis. The results of the study are as follows: (1) User did not very satisfied with ”Information Quality” of CQIMS. Therefore, more improvements are necessary. (2) Computer knowledge of the user has significant positive effects on ”intention to use” and ”User Satisfaction”. (3) User's degree of involvement has significant positive effects on ”Information Quality”, ”Service Quality”, ”User Satisfaction” and ”net benefits”. (4) The proposed structure of this research can support the D&M Information System Success Model. Based on the findings, some recommendations to BHP were proposed: (1) We need to consider the users' requirements more to improve the CQIMS. (2) More education and training program should be provided to users.
