運用科技接受模式探討使用Microsoft Teams進行遠距教學之學生學習滿意度

Utilizing the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) to Explore Students' Satisfaction with Distance Learning via Microsoft Teams

摘要


新冠疫情肆虐全球,世界各國為了避免群聚傳染而加重疫情傷害,學校紛紛採用遠距教學。本研究以科技接受模式為理論基礎,結合資訊系統成功模式,探討學生使用Microsoft Teams進行遠距教學的使用態度和學習滿意度。本研究以某大學的學生為研究對象進行問卷調查,共回收有效問卷256份,針對回收資料進行分析。茲將研究結果說明如下:1.使用Microsoft Teams上課需要提供學生更多的支援和幫助。2.使用Microsoft Teams進行小組開會與討論可以提升學生學習滿意度。3.認知外部控制、系統品質與資訊品質會影響認知易用性。4.認知易用性與認知有用性會影響學生的使用態度。5.認知有用性與使用態度會影響學習滿意度。

As the coronavirus outbreak continues to spread rapidly worldwide, authorities are pleading with people to stay at home in an attempt to contain it, and schools around the world have switched to distance learning to prevent clusters of infection from forming and further aggravating the epidemic. The purpose of this research is to explore students' satisfaction with and attitude toward the use of Microsoft Teams within the framework of the Information Systems Success Model (ISSM) and the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) by collecting 256 valid questionnaires from students at a university in Taiwan. After analyzing the survey results, it was found that (1) using Microsoft Teams in class provides students with greater support and assistance, (2) using Microsoft Teams for group meetings and discussions may enhance students' satisfaction with learning, (3) the perception of external control, system quality and information quality has a positive effect on the perceived ease of use, (4) the perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness have a positive effect on users' attitude, and (5) the perceived ease of use and attitude toward use have a positive impact on learning satisfaction.
