This study aims to investigate the correlation between social service teams members' personal-related factors, anxiety, and depression. Data were collected through questionnaires and focus interview. The participants of this study were 110 students in National Taiwan Normal University by the convenience sampling method. With t-test, one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA), Pearson correlation, and Multiple regression analysis, personal-related factors approach the significant level in anxiety and depression, and the coefficient of determination is 26.7% to 30.7%. According to analysis results, researcher holds focus group interview to summarize the psychological construction of members and the training programs in the post-pandemic era.
