新冠肺炎疫情對教育的衝擊與省思-從學生學習權的觀點分析

The Impact of the COVID-19 Pandemic on Education and Reflection: Analysis from the Perspective of Students' Learning Right

摘要


本文係以文獻分析方式探討新冠肺炎疫情在全球傳染所引發對教育的衝擊與影響,包括學校停課導致教育中斷問題,影響學生的受教權及增加教育不平等的現象。在停課不停學的政策下,遠距教學及線上學習成為學校維持學習的唯一方式,然而實施遠距教育仍需面臨許多問題與考驗,因此,本文嘗試從學生學習權的觀點省思新冠肺炎疫情所帶來的影響。

Through literature analysis, this paper aims at analyzing the COVID-19 epidemic in the world and its impact, including the problems of education interruption and inequality in education phenomenon. Under the policy of suspending classes without suspending learning, distance teaching and online learning have become the only means for schools to keep the doors of learning open. However, there are some challenges and problems of distance education. This paper tries to reflect on the impact of the COVID-19 epidemic from the perspective of students' learning right.
