本文研究者透過敘說的方式,梳理自2020年以來疫情衝擊下,社區場域服務學習相關方案所遇到的衝擊與挑戰。在疫情期間,必須增加社交距離以避免疾病傳播,也因此以往的「直接服務學習」的執行方式,勢必轉化為「間接服務學習」、「線上服務學習」、「倡議」或「研究」等不同形式。本文首先反思過去臺灣服務學習的方式,思考缺乏完整「準備期」的服務學習該如何落實,並依次分析自2020年1月以來,COVID-19進入臺灣社區後,每個重要事件對於高齡場域的影響和改變,以及身為課程帶領者及服務者如何因應現場狀況而調整。研究者分享相關經驗及反思,盼望能夠帶來未來服務學習的想像與可能。
From the perspective of community practice courses during the covid-19 epidemic, the researcher adopted narrative methodology to analyze how the service-learning related programs were affected. Since social distancing is reinforced in order to avoid the spread of viruses, the implementation of "direct service-learning" needs to be transformed to "indirect service-learning", "e-service-learning", "advocacy", or "research". This article first reflects on the way of service-learning in Taiwan in the past, and further considers how to implement service-learning when a pandemic outbreaks without complete preparation. It also analyzes the impact and changes of each important event in the aspect of senior citizens since January 2020, and how the teachers and students face the impacts of the epidemic. With relevant experience and reflections, it is hoped that this paper brings more imagination and possibility for future service-learning.
