摘要

本文經由H醫學中心分院進行不同供應商之間影像儲存系統轉換之探討，彙整其在資訊系統轉換過程中，經由分析個案醫院於醫療產業資訊系統之現況與問題，並運用知識管理方式以優化相關內部控制之建議與改善作為，以供相關從業領域之人員參考與應用。

This article discusses the conversion of Picture Archiving and Communication System between different suppliers through the branch of the H Medical Center. It summarizes the current status and problems of the information system in the medical industry in the hospital during the information system conversion process, and uses knowledge management methods to optimize the related issues. Suggestions and improvements for internal control are provided for reference and application by personnel in related fields.
