網絡中心性、網絡能耐與競爭優勢

本文從資源基礎觀點、資源優勢理論及網絡觀點，探討網絡中心性及網絡能耐與資源優勢之關係，以及資源優勢對網絡中心性及網絡能耐與競爭優勢間關係的中介效果。本研究以台灣地區公開發行公司為抽樣架構，總計回收130份有效問卷。實證結果顯示網絡中心性與網絡能耐均正向影響資源優勢，且資源優勢亦正向影響競爭優勢；此外亦證實資源優勢對網絡能耐及網絡中心性與競爭優勢間之關係有中介效果。本文最後提出理論與管理意涵及未來研究的方向。

This study explored the relationship between network centrality, network competence with resource advantage, and the mediated effects of resource advantage on the relationships based on a resource-based view, resource advantage theory, and network perspective. We took our sample from among listed Taiwanese firms. A total 130 effective questionnaires were received. Our empirical results revealed that network centrality and network competence positively correlate to resource advantage and resources advantage positively correlated to competitive advantage. We also verified the mediated effects of resource advantage on the relationship between network centrality and network competence with competitive advantage. Finally, we provide theoretical implications, make practical suggestions, and recommend future research direction.
