參與多功能棒壘球打擊運動場休閒活動對家庭凝聚力影響之研究
The Influences of Perceptions of Family Members Participating in Recreational Sports in multi-purpose Sports Grounds on Family Cohesion
摘要
家庭是社會的基本單位也是最重要及最早接觸的社會化組織，透過這樣的組織，人們可經由各種不同的方式來獲得團體生活的知識以及經驗，而家庭休閒活動即是其中方式之一。在現代社會，休閒被認爲是家人間建立家庭凝聚力最重要的方式。本研究目的在探討家人參與多功能棒壘球打擊運動場休閒活動對於家庭凝聚力之影響，以全省9家大魯閣棒壘球打擊練習場之參與者為研究對象。研究工具採用陳靜慧(2007)之研究工具，並以立意抽樣方式進行面對面調查，總共收集1,418份有效樣本。透過描述性統計、內部一致性信度分析、相關分析與多元階層迴歸分析，本研究主要發現如下：一、參與者對於家人參與多功能棒壘球打擊運動場休閒活動認同度與家庭凝聚力有高度認同。二、家人參與多功能棒壘球打擊運動場休閒活動認同度與家庭凝聚力有顯著相關。三、家人參與多功能棒壘球打擊運動場休閒活動認同度對於家庭凝聚力有顯著解釋力。針對上述研究結果，本研究建議政府應倡導家庭休閒活動同時學校應將家庭休閒活動與家庭凝聚力之相關性的觀念納入教育課程，讓學童將此觀念帶入家庭中，協助家庭關係的建立；家庭關係的經營需要家庭成員共同參與，利用共同閒暇時間從事家庭休閒活動藉此提升家庭凝聚力，強化家庭功能。

Families are still considered to be the fundamental units of society and perhaps the most important and the first one all human involved since they were born. Human beings gain community life experiences and knowledge by different ways. For some people, leisure activities with family members would be one of the ways they might take. It has been suggested that in modern society, leisure is the single most important force developing cohesive relationships between family members. The purpose of this paper was to investigate the influences of perceptions of family members participating in recreational sports in multi-purpose sports grounds. on family cohesion. The samples of this study were consumers in 9 TAROK Sports Plaza in Taiwan. The samples were selected in the method of purposive sampling. Based on questionnaires, this study collected 1418 effective samples. The data are analyzed by applying statistical methods such as Descriptive Statistics, Cronbach α, Person's Product Moment of Coefficient and Hierarchical Multiple Regression. The main results of this study were as follows: 1. Both the perceptions of family members participating in recreational sports in multi-purpose sports grounds and the family cohesion had received high scores. 2. There is a positive correlation between the perceptions of family members participating in recreational sports in multi-purpose sports grounds and the family cohesion. 3. There is significant positive relationship between the perceptions of family members participating in recreational sports in multi-purpose sports grounds and the family cohesion. It's concluded that family leisure plays an important role in family cohesion.
