本研究之主要目的是在探討國中小學生的家庭休閒活動、家庭功能與主觀幸福感間之關係。本研究問題包含(一)不同教育階段學生在不同類型家庭休閒活動參與程度上是否有差異?(二)不同類型的家庭休閒活動參與程度能否預測國中小學生的家庭功能與主觀幸福感?(三)不同類型家庭休閒活動組合類型的國中小學生其家庭功能與主觀幸福感是否有差異? (四)不同時段家庭休閒活動組合類型的國中小學生其家庭功能與主觀幸福感是否有差異? (五)家庭功能是否能預測國中小學生之主觀幸福感?本研究方法採用問卷調查法,以高雄市11所國中小,共計711位國小五、六年級及國中一至三年級學生為研究對象。本研究統計方法採用描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、迴歸分析法及單因子變異數分析來驗證變項之間的關係。本研究之研究結果如下:(一)國小學生的家庭休閒活動參與程度高於國中生。(二)家庭休閒活動參與程度越高之學生其家庭功能越佳,主觀幸福感越強。(三)參與不同類型家庭休閒活動的學生其家庭功能與主觀幸福感是有差異的。(四)參與不同時段家庭休閒活動的學生其家庭功能與主觀幸福感是有差異的。(五)平日家庭休閒活動參與程度高的學生其家庭功能優於只在寒暑假參與程度高而平日參與程度低的學生。(六)家庭功能越佳的學生其主觀幸福感越強。
The main purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships among family leisure activities, family function, and well-being between elementary and junior high school students. More specifically, the research questions in the study included: (1) the differences in participated in family leisure activities between elementary school and junior high school students; (2) whether family leisure activities positively predict family function and well-being; (3) the differences in family function and well-being among the students who participated in different types of family leisure activities; (4) the differences in family function and well-being among the students who participated in different periods of family leisure activities; (5) whether family function positively predict well-being.The method of this research is questionnaire survey. The subjects were 711 students drawn from 5 to 9 grades in 11 different elementary and junior high schools in Kaohsiung. The data were statistically analyzed by descriptive analysis, t-test analysis, regression analysis, and one-way ANOVA. The major findings were as follows:(1) The students in elementary school had higher family leisure activities than the students in junior high school did.(2) The students highly participated in family leisure activities had better family function and well-being.(3)The students participated in different types of family leisure activities had significant differences in family function and well-being.(4)The students participated in different periods of family leisure activities had significant differences in family function and well-being.(5)The students highly participated in family leisure activities on weekdays had better family function than the students highly participated only during summer and winter vacations.(6)The students who had better family function had stronger well-being.
