摘要


本文採用文獻分析、實地觀察與深度訪談法,從文化觀光與文化資本的理論出發,以新芳春茶行、都市再生前進基地(Urban Regeneration Stations, URS)與大稻埕煙火節為研究案例,探討三者在大稻埕老屋創生與文化觀光中的角色,並依據體驗羅盤的概念架構,探索其體驗價值。

Based on the theoretical perspective of Cultural Tourism and Cultural Capital, the paper explores the development of tourism and economy in Dadaocheng area. By means of documentary analysis, field observations, and in-depth interviews, the author investigates to what extent Shin Hone Choon Store, Urban Regeneration Station (URS) 127, as well as the commercial festivals and events in Dadaocheng area have contributed to the development of tourism and enhanced experiential values in Dadaocheng area.
