大專特優級排球選手知覺教練領導行為與滿意度之研究

Perception and Satisfaction of Volleyball Players on Coaches' Leadership

摘要


本研究以大專排球聯賽特優級之參賽學校,共262位選手為研究對象,並以自編之「大專排球教練之領導行為與選手滿意度調查問卷」為研究工具,探討有關選手知覺的教練領導行為內涵的差異情形,並探討大專特優級排球教練領導行為與選手滿意度之關係。研究結果發現:(一)球齡在5年以上的選手較球齡在3-5年的選手,知覺教練有較高的「關懷行為」。(二)聯賽成績在一~三名較七~九名知覺教練有較高的「民主行為」、「訓練與指導」與「獎勵行為」;聯賽成績在四~六名較七~九名知覺教練有較高的「訓練與指導」;聯賽成績在十~十二名較七~九名知覺教練有較高的「獎勵行為」。(三)知覺的關懷行為、知覺的獎勵行為、知覺的專制行為等三個構面可以有效預測大專特優級選手的滿意度。

This research puts an emphasis on the perception of volleyball players on coaches' leadership. The relationship between players' satisfaction and coaches' leadership behavior is also examined. A questionnaire survey is conducted among 262 players in the first class of the college volleyball league. The results revealed that: (1) players with experiences more than five years have higher perceptions on coaches' ”caring” behavior. (2) Teams ranking first to third have higher perceptions on coaches' ”democratic”, ”training and guidance” and ”rewarding” behavior than those ranking seventh to ninth; Teams ranking fourth to sixth have higher perceptions on coaches' ”training and guidance” behavior than those ranking seventh to ninth; Moreover, teams ranking tenth to twelfth have higher perceptions on coaches' ”rewarding” behavior than those ranking seventh to ninth. (3) the satisfaction of players could be predicted by means of perceptions on coaches ”caring”, ”rewarding”, and ”tyrannous” behavior.
