This study takes the department of cosmetology application in a university of technology as an example to explore whether technology-oriented vocational courses, including internship course, are sure to meet the career development needs. With questionnaire survey, 396 graduating students majoring in cosmetology application from a university of technology, day school division of academic year 2014 are taken as samples. This study found that motivations of enrollment and overall learning experiences have notable influences on employment aspiration, showing positive correlation in their relationships; however, the planning of curriculum and internship training do not reveal any strong influences.
