大學職能導向課程對應屆畢業生就業意願之影響-以化妝品應用系為例

摘要

台灣高等教育入學率大幅提高，大學畢業青年失業率也隨之增加，因此政府近年積極推動以職能為導向之課程，以求人才培育達到產業需求。本研究旨在探討目前大學化妝品應用系職能課程之規劃、設計、實施是否影響學生畢業後選擇進入相關職場就業的意願。研究採問卷調查方式進行，研究對象為103 學年度化妝品應用系四技日間部396 位應屆畢業生。這項研究發現，就讀動機和學習經驗對畢業生選擇進入相關職場就業之意願呈現顯著的影響，且為正相關關係；而課程規劃和實習經驗則較無顯著影響。

This study takes the department of cosmetology application in a university of technology as an example to explore whether technology-oriented vocational courses, including internship course, are sure to meet the career development needs. With questionnaire survey, 396 graduating students majoring in cosmetology application from a university of technology, day school division of academic year 2014 are taken as samples. This study found that motivations of enrollment and overall learning experiences have notable influences on employment aspiration, showing positive correlation in their relationships; however, the planning of curriculum and internship training do not reveal any strong influences.
