生涯成熟與職業承諾對訓練動機的影響:以美容職訓課程為例

摘要


政府為促進就業,開設許多計畫以補助國民提升職場競爭力,但研 究者卻發現有部分民眾為領取補助而多次參加職前訓練,為了減少浪費 學習資源的情況,故本研究詴圖探討個人生涯成熟、職業承諾及訓練動 機之關係,期望能透過此研究將有限的社會資源做更妥善的分配。   本研究採用問卷調查法,研究對象為曾參加美容職業訓練課程學員, 回收之有效問卷共計136份,進行量化統計分析,統計方法包括描述性統 計分析、因素分析、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相 關分析及多元迴歸分析等方式,研究結果歸納如下: 壹、參訓學員不同背景變項在生涯成熟、職業承諾與訓練動機有部分顯 著差異。 貳、生涯成熟與職業承諾對訓練動機具有顯著正向影響。 參、生涯成熟對職業承諾具有正向影響。   本研究根據研究結果進行討論,並對參訓學員、職訓開課單位及未 來研究提出相關建議做為參考。

To promote employment, the government has produced a lot of plans to strengthen competitiveness of citizens in the workplace. However, researchers have found that some of them participate in pre-employment training many times to gain subsidies. To reduce the wasting of social learning resources, this study tried to explore the relationship between career maturity, occupational commitment and training motivation. The results of this study would help to evenly distribute the limited social learning resources to citizens.   This research adopts a questionnaire survey method. The research objects are students participating in the beauty vocational training courses. A total of 136 valid questionnaires were recovered for quantitative statistical analysis.Statistical methods include descriptive statistical analysis, factor analysis, independent sample t test, and One-way ANOVA, Pearson Product-moment correlation and multiple regression analysis, the research results are summarized as follows: 1. Participants with different background variables make some significant differences in career maturity, occupational commitment and training motivation. 2. Career maturity and occupational commitment have a significant positive effect on training motivation. 3. Career maturity has a positive impact on occupational commitment.   A discussion is performed based on the results of the study, and provides recommendations to serve as eferences for participants, vocational training courses departments and future research.
