COVID-19危機創造線上團體治療的挑戰與機會

全球冠狀病毒（COVID-19）危機為傳統的團體治療模式創造了新挑戰與機會，治療師得由以往傳統的面對面對形式與團體成員之實體團體治療模式，轉移至透過互聯網的視訊團體治療模式，治療師以視訊會議（video-teleconferencing，VTC）形式與團體成員會面，殊多考驗直接挑戰著治療師應對的技術，與團體成員間之治療歷程改變。隨著時代變遷及疫情危機的爆發，視訊團體心理治療模式對於治療師來說是相對較新的治療方式，過往文獻在實證研究中有效性的評估數據量尚不足，也沒有明確的指導方針來指引治療師做好視訊團體的心理治療工作，若能有適當的評論與實用指南，便能提供治療師更多帶領視訊團體的機會。本文目的是整理文獻，以內容分析法探討團體治療工作之變化及治療師面臨視訊團體治療的挑戰與機會。

The Global Coronavirus (COVID-19) crisis has created new challenges and opportunities for traditional group therapy models, and therapists have had to move from the traditional face-to-face physical group therapy model with group members to a video group therapy model via the Internet. The video-teleconferencing (VTC) sessions with the group members directly challenge the therapist's skills in dealing with the changes in the therapeutic experience between the group members. With the changing times and the outbreak of the epidemic crisis, the video group psychotherapy model is relatively new treatment for therapists, the evaluation of the validity of the research literature is insufficient data, there are no clear guidelines to guide therapists to do a good job in the psychotherapy of the video community, with a proper review and practical guide would provide more opportunities for therapists to lead video groups. The purpose of this paper is to compile the literature to explore the changes in group therapy work and the challenges and opportunities that therapists face in video group therapy using a content analysis approach.
